Ryan Palmer won the 2010 Sony Open (-15) by the slimmest of margins; a one shot victory over Robert Allenby. Plamer lead after 54 holes and maintained his lead, never looking back on Sunday. For Allenby, this is his 7th time being runner up.

Steve Sticker ended up in third place at -13. The round of the day belonged to Retief Goosen who fired an 8 under 62, the lowest scoring round of the tournament. This put him in 4th at -12. Rounding out the top five, there was a three way tie. Charles Howell III, Carl Pettersson and Davis Love III all finished at 11 under.
