Do You Have Fibromyalgia? Yoga May Be The Answer
Posted on October 14th, 2010 No commentsOregon Health & Science University has had some promising research regarding the use of yoga to help alleviate fibromyalgia symptoms. All of these improvements were shown to be not only statistically but also clinically significant, meaning the changes were large enough to have a practical impact on daily functioning.
