Product Tampering Alert

The report states that:
- since May 2010, police have been investigating three separate food tampering cases involving Piller’s Polish Sausage,
- customers, after purchasing the item, located a needle embedded in a sausage,
- two packages were purchased at the No Frills store at 372 Pacific Avenue and one at 2187 Bloor Street West
