Round 1 Summary- W C World Golf Championship-Blue Monster at Doral
Posted on March 12th, 2010 No commentsThe TPC Blue Monster lived up to it’s name. The opening round at Doral caused fits for many of the golfers in the field. The windy conditions were a major problems. That did not stop one South African.
Charl Schwartzel is your leader (-5) after the first round at Doral. Ernie Els, Robert Allenby and Vijay Singh are just 1 shot behind. All three had a chance to claim the lead, but had trouble on the final hole. In Allenby’s case, he finished with four straight bogeys.

Ian Poulter has defeated Paul Casey 4 and 2 to win nthe 2010 Accenture Match Play Championship. The 3rd place match was between Camilo Villegas and Sergio Garcia was won by Villegas 5 and 4.

Tiger Woods to Speak Friday

Tiger Woods is set to finally release a statement on Friday. This comes after several weeks of seclusion for the world’s number one ranked golfer. Final Round- AT&T Pebble Beach 2010

Dustin Johnson(-16) is your repeat winner at Pebble Beach in 2010. He had a birdie on the final hole to edge out J.B Holmes and David Duval by one stroke. Duval played an exceptional final round but fell just short. Steve Marino finished at -13, while Josh Teater, J.P Hayes and Paul Goydos ended up at 12 under.

Round 3 Highlights: 2010 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am

Dustin Johnson is in a tie for the lead (-18) with Paul Goydos after three rounds at Pebble Beach. Bryce Molder, J.B Holmes, and Matt Jones all sit four swings back (-14). Alex Cejka is at 13 under while David Duval is still in contention at -12.
