Food For Thought?

There is a study that directly links poor nutritional habits of young children with lower I.Q scores later in life. The study suggests that diets high in sugar, fat and processed foods pose a problem for toddlers development. Combating the Obesity Epidemic with Lower Sugar Beverages

The creation of a new categoryof beverage is being called for by nutritionist to decrease the obesity rate and reduce type II diabetes. Definitely not the complete answer, but it may help as long as artificial sweeteners are not used in place of sugar.
